the video for information on AKEBRK-7R-D doesnt play. I would like the measurements to determine if these brakes are applicable to my trailer.

The video for electric brake assembly # AKEBRK-7R-D is working for me so it could be the browser you are using. This sis a 12x2 inch brake assembly that uses the 5-bolt mounting pattern. It is designed for 7,000 pound trailer axles. The etrailer brakes do fit in place of comparable Dexter brake assemblies.

For the matching left side assembly use # AKEBRK-7L-D.
