While we do carry great ladder racks for your 2021 Jeep Gladiator, I confirmed with Pace-Edwards that they do not have a model that is engineered to fit your vehicle.
With that being said, for a great option that fits, the racks we have depend on if you have the Trail Rail system installed or not.
If you have the Trail Rails installed, I recommend the Thule TracRac TracONE # TH27000XTB (black) or # TH27000XT (silver). This rack comes with super heavy duty 6000-series aluminum and has an 800-pound capacity for heavy hauling. It is also made 100% in the U.S.A.
If you do not have the Trail Rails, I recommend the Thule Xsporter Pro # TH500XTB (black) or # TH500XT (silver). The benefit of this rack is that it comes with quick knob dials that allow you to simply adjust the height of the rack. Like the TracONE, the Xsporter comes with an aerodynamic design that provides you a quieter ride and increased fuel efficiency. I went ahead and attached a video that shows this rack installed on a 2021 Gladiator.
