Hey Paul, yes the Active Controls ActiveStart Plug-In Soft Start # AS44FR will work just fine with an automatic transfer switch. You'd want to run it after the transfer switch.

I should have included the fact that I’m looking for plug in soft start functionality for a 2023 Thor Acis with a built in automatic transfer switch.

I don’t understand what you mean. How would I bypass the transfer switch with a plug in device?
