Is Serial Number Needed to Register Thule EasyFold XT for Warranty

Question:

Please advise where the product label is located. Im trying to register my Thule Easyfold XT 903202 and I see what the label looks like but I cant find the location of it to fill in my serial#. Please advise..

I spoke with my contact at Thule regarding your Thule EasyFold part # TH903202. She stated that they aren't aware of their being a serial number on the rack in any location. The rack is manufactured in Europe so they are not aware that it has the label on the product that shows the product #, serial # and manufacture date like the U.S. products do.

Otherwise, she did also state that if you are simply looking to register the rack for warranty purposes, all they really need for this is a proof of purchase. They do not need the serial number for warranty claims.
