Looking at e86YR and it says no adapter necessary to use Blue Ox tow bar but the pictures on website dont look like itll hook to Blue Ox. Would I need adapters?

The etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit, # e86YR is confirmed to fit the 2018 Ford F-150 and will mate to all new etrailer, Demco, and Blue Ox tow bars without the need of an adapter. A complete flat towing setup includes a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring and a supplemental braking system. My recommendation for a 2018 Ford F-150 is:

The etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar, # e94ZR is rated for 10.5K which is more than enough for a 2018 Ford F-150.
