It’s a Dexter 13-122 equalizer. 7 3/4” apart I believe

We can definitely help but can you get me the distance between the holes that lower holes of the equalizer you currently have? I will need that info to determine what replacement would work.

The Dexter EZ Flex kit part # K71-653-00 would be the best fit replacement for the Dexter Equalizers part 13-122 you have now. These are exact same size and provide best cushioning.
