Thank you for the quick response. It is a Lippert 1621. Since I have a HUSKY hitch, do I need the 68204 wedge to lock the pin in the hitch? Thanks,

To pick out the correct Sidewinder pin box we need to know what pin box you have on your trailer currently. From previous questions from people with similar Keystone Cougar 5th wheel trailers I am fairly certain you have the very popular Lippert 1621 pin box which would mean the correct Sidewinder is the part # RP34FR.
If you can get back to me with the pin box info you see on the sticker I can verify this. Since you currently have a slider hitch you'll need to keep it slid forward at all times with the Sidewinder.
