Question:

The RVS-501N-3 multiplexer in my 2020 FreedomTraveler A30 never worked 100 reliably often losing rear camera and was never secured under the dashboard it fell out and dangled by the cable/wires on the 1200 mile ride home from pick up. For three years I just dealt with placing the unit back in the dashboard, but it is now not working for the side view cameras, too. Do I need to replace the always wonky RVS-501N-3 or would the RVS-501N work at half the price? All the plug ins from the cameras and the power supply and the dvd are still connected. I tried to upload a photo without success.

You can use the # RVS-501N as long as the rest of your system is a Rear View Safety system. The # RVS-501N-3 is required if you don't have an RVS system.
