Question:
Im connecting this mmosule to switch between reverse and 2 other cameras. The trigger wire that goes to the screen in my truck reads only 3.5v and wont trigger it into go into camera mode. I tried it with 2 different rvs 501-3. Same issue. Tried with a different brand and it worked as it should. What could be the issue.

Thank you very much for your purchase from etrailer of the Rear View Safety Switcher Box # RVS-501N.
I reached out to the manufacturer who said to me that the issue is that you're not receiving enough voltage, and that you will need to utilize another power source to see if it triggers the camera when it is given 12V.
