me too, ok so how about a raised ball that fits my factory prep?

Since none of the gooseneck to fifth wheel adapters have any offset to help with short bed truck turning clearance your best option will be a slider hitch that fits the factory rail kit of your 2019 Ram 3500 like the B and W Companion Slider part # BWRVK3670. This will fit your factory rail kit and once removed will allow you to use the gooseneck hitch your truck bed has as well. If you need a ball and safety loop kit for that we also have the B and W kit part # BWGNXA2062. I attached a review video for both of these for you to check out as well.
We don't have any offset gooseneck balls that will fit your rail kit.
