Since that box is just switching between the cameras and sending a single video feed to the monitor, a full loss across every channel usually points to something shared rather than three individual failures. The first thing I’d be looking at is power and ground to the multiplexer. If it lost power or has a bad ground, you can lose all camera feeds at once....
