What's the Difference Between Reese Sidewinder 68220 and 69220?

Is the Reese side wonder pn 68220 any different than the 69220. I have in my possession the 68220 my brother in law says I can have. I also looking for a good hitch to go with it. 2017 f350 short bed recommendations greatly appreciated

Tony, the Reese Sidewinder # RP34FR (Reese part number 69220) is a direct replacement for the 68220, so assuming your trailer has one of the following pin box you can use your brother-in-laws pin box no problem (Free is a pretty sweet price!):
Fabex 663 and 665
Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD
M&M 663 and 665
Lippert 1716 and 0115 (spacer kit required - sold separately)
Lippert Rhino
For a hitch, I'd go with one of the following for your 2017 Ford F-350 Short bed depending on if you have the factory puck system or not:
Puck system: B&W Companion # BWRVK3300 and Wedge # SWW-06
Non-Puck system: B&W Patriot # BW85QR
