Is this hitch available for a welded attachment to replace the OEM hitch on my Jayco 23RB ?

The Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Trailer Coupler # 12660-97SP can be used on your Jayco 23RB. This weld on coupler has the same 21,000lb rating, EZ Latch 2-5/16" coupler that fits a 50-Degree trailer A-frame that the Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Trailer Coupler # DM16680-52 you found. Since it needs to be welded on it is only primed in a red primer to prevent corrosion.
You will need a longer Coupler Lock like the Master Lock # 2847DAT since the Demco EZ Latch requires a minimum 3" coupler pin no larger than 5/16" in diameter.
