Is There a Repair Kit For a Thumb Latch Coupler # CA-5400-B?

Question:

Hi there, Im looking for a thumb style latch similar to the latch located on part Item # CA-5400-B Im having a hard time locating this part. Can you please recommend something? Thank you

Currently the only way to replace the coupler mechanism on the A-Frame Trailer Coupler # CA-5400-B is to replace the entire coupler. If you are going to do this you should look at changing to the Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Trailer Coupler # 12660-97SP as it is much easier to use and can be repaired with the Repair Kit # DM6008 in the event it breaks down the road.
