How to Install the CargoBuckle G3 Retractable, Ratcheting Tie-Down Straps to an Aluminum Trailer

Hello, I am interested in purchasing this product to permanently mount on my aluminum utility trailer. Is there a document/video/manual that describes the installation procedure and the tools required to accomplish it? Thank you in advance.

We have a video review of the CargoBuckle G3 Retractable, Ratcheting Tie-Down Straps, # IMF18800, and I have linked it for you. Installation is straight forward. The straps have a mounting hole on the base and include nuts, bolts, and washers. All you will have to do is drill an appropriate sized hole where you wish to mount them and use the supplied hardware to attach to the frame. Regular hand tools, box wrenches and/or sockets, are all you will need to tighten them down.

If the trailer frame is wider than the hardware you can use your own longer hardware grade 5 or better. Since you have an aluminum trailer you will want to be careful not to over-tighten and damage the trailer frame.
