What is the torque on a 5 lug steel wheel with a 175x80 13? Its on a 5x8 tilt trailer.

The correct torque for installing lug nuts on your 5 X 8 trailer's 5-lug wheels will depend on the size of the lugs. For a 1/2-inch lug the torque spec ranges from 75- to 85-ft-lbs. For a 9/16-inch lug the torque spec ranges from 135- to 145-ft-lbs. Please refer to the linked chart.

You will want to avoid using an impact wrench or any other tool that cannot provide measured force. Use a torque wrench for accurate results. You should re-torque them at 10 miles, 25 miles, and 50 miles, and then periodically after that.

The closest option we have to those specs is the Kodiak # KALN1375S. This 1/2"-20 wheel lug nut features a 13/16" diameter and overall length of 1-9/16".

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.

Grease Seal #RG06-050 is the replacement part for the Dexter 010-019-00. It is 1.719 inches inner diameter and 2.565 inches outer diameter. It is a fit for 3500 lb axles. This is a confirmed replacement cross-reference.

90-120 ft lbs of torque is probably about right for your trailer rims. If you check out the lug nut torque chart that I attached you will see that nearly all of the torque specs are that and higher.

With the info you listed I was able to determine that you have a 5 lug 2,000 lb capacity hub no so for a replacement you would want the #AKIHUB-545-2-G-EZ-2K that you referernced. This comes with bearings and an ez lube cap as well.
