What are the exact dimensions of the supplied brackets with part number CE27310G?

I went out to the warehouse and pulled CE Smith Offset Spare Trailer Tire Carrier # CE27310G to take some measurements. The mounting plate surface where the wheel attaches measures 3 inches wide by 6-1/8 inches tall. The overall height is 10-1/2 inches.
The mounting holes where the wheel attaches are 4-1/4 inches apart on center. The u-bolt mounting holes are also 4-1/4 inches apart on center top to bottom and 2 inches apart on center side to side. I made a short video that will appear on this page talking about the dimensions.
