When it comes to which hitch you should install on your 2018 Volvo XC90 I'd recommend The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 inch # C53HR. It does have the same similar design as The Draw-Tite 76194. The Curt # C53HR has a concealed cross tube design which will have a sleeker look when installed on your vehicle. It has a gross towing weight up to 6,000 pounds and has a gross tongue weight up to 900 pounds. I would check your vehicle's manual to see the proper towing weight for your vehicle.
I also recommend The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118683. It has a simple plug and play installation, which plugs behind the trim panels in the cargo area on the driver and passenger side. The wire is constructed of 16-gauge bonded wire.
You will also need The Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2 inch Hitches - 2 inch Ball - 3/4 inch Rise, 2 inch Drop - 7.5K # C45534. This kit includes the ball mount, the 2 inch hitch ball, and other starter towing accessories that you would need.
