Hi- I have several questions about the Thule TracRac SR 1 will it fit my 2021 F-150 SuperCrew 5.5 bed, which has a BakFlip MX4 tonneau? 2 would we be able to open the tonneau when this rack is in place? 3 will the truck’s side rails need to be drilled in to? 4 do I have to find a professional installer, or can we install it ourselves? Thank you!!!

Good questions, and I'll go ahead and take them one-by-one for you regarding your 2021 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2' bed and the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-508

1) Yes, the TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-508 is indeed compatible and will fit with your BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK76FR.

2) Yes, you will be able to open the tonneau cover with the rack in place, though you may need to slide it when folding the cover.

3) The side rails will not need to be drilled into to secure the ladder rack's rails.

4) You can definitely install it yourselves without any issue at all.
