Does 2021 Honda Civic W/ Center Exhaust Use The Same Trailer Hitch As A 2022 Honda Civic

Question:

I have a 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback with no center exhaust. I am looking to install a hitch. I watched the installation video on the 2021 Civic coupe. Even with the new car design change to the 22 hatchback, will the same hitch work and will the installation be similar including cutting out some of the back bumper beam as in the video I watched? Thanks,
