What Hitch Lock Should I Use On My Yakima Bike Rack

Instructions list locking pin as 8007235. What is the difference? Also how does the lock keep someone from just taking the bolt off from the other side?

When it comes to your Yakima bike rack I recommend going with The Yakima HitchLock for Yakima Hitch Mounted Bike Racks - Same Key System # Y07235. This lock works with any Yakima hitch mounted bike carrier. It attaches to the end of the existing Yakima hitch pin. The difference between this locking pin and any other locking pin would be the threading and how it attaches to the rack. Our part # Y07235 is the same as Yakima's part 8007235. We just label the parts different on our end.
