Tonneau Covers and Rack Systems Compatible with TruXedo TS Rails
Question:
I recently discovered the Elevate Rack System and have had conflicting information from multiple dealers: Is it commercially available? What Rack Systems are compatible with the Elevate TS Rails besides the Elevate Rack? I would like to pair the TS Rails with Lo Pro for my 2016 Nissan Titan XD Pro4X. Does the cover integrate with the TS Rail or do I need to also install the rails from the Lo Pro cover?

Great questions! The Elevate Rack System is available outside of the TruXedo website - we are a great example of that.
The TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System # TH65FR are compatible with a handful of tonneau covers:
BAK: G2, MX4, Revolver X2, and Revolver X4
Extang: Encore and Exceed
Retrax: One XR with T-slot and Pro with T-slot
TruXedo: Lo Pro, Pro X15, Sentry, and Sentry CT
It sounds like you have either the Lo Pro or the Pro X15 so you will be able to mount these rails in conjunction with your tonneau cover. The TS Rails have some overhang inside the truck bed so the clamps will be used to secure both the TS Rails and your tonneau cover rails. I'm linking the installation instructions as well as a clip from the instructions to demonstrate this. Please note that if your 2016 Nissan Titan XD has the Utili-Track system you will need to remove that for the TS Rails to fit.
The Elevate rack system can be used with the TS Rails as a kit with part # TX46NV. You can also use any of the standard rack systems that mount using standard-sized hardware, like Thule, Rhino-Rack, or Yakima. I like the Elevate rack system though so I would just get the whole kit.

Thank you Jon G for the nice diagram of how the TS rails fit/interface with different tonneau covers. Could anyone confirm the width of the TS rails? I’m looking to confirm much they extend over the top of the bed rails to see if they will interfere with other installed equipment. Looks like 2-3 inches from some pictures.
