The 30 amp SmartPlug RV and Marine Power Inlet and Connector, # SM67FR that you linked to is made from highly polished Marine-Grade 316 Stainless Steel. The electrical pins are nickel-plated brass for maximum conductivity with the internal electrics being fully encased in thermal epoxy. This makes them 100% weatherproof.
There is also a durable plastic option in three colors, # SM77FR for white, # SM27FR for black and # SM87FR for gray. All are Made in the USA. Please note the linked product review video below.
