I recently ordered, and today installed, a set of Sumo springs for my 2010 Highlander SE AWD. The model recommened that I purchased was the 1168. I just saw in a post that the 1168 is for FWD and the AWD should use the 1145. Should I change this out before I start using them?

Correct, the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension part # CSS-1168R is for FWD models and the part # CSS-1145R is for AWD models of a 2010 Toyota Highlander. These are designed to be installed in the rear. They are incompatible with Hybrid models.
