Troubleshooting Loose Timbren Spring of 2022 Ram 2500
Updated 03/07/2022 | Published 03/06/2022 >
Question:
I bought Timbrens for my 2022 Ram 2500 a few months ago. I am pleased with the performance, however I noticed the passenger side Timbren has loosened a bit, unlike the other side. It will not tighten up by turning it. My concern is that it might not stay in place after a number of compressions while in service. This loosening is at the connection of the rubber spring to the bracket. Any suggestions ?

There's a nut that needs to be held in place when tightening the bolt that holds the rubber spring of the Timbren kit part # TDRTT3500E for it to actually tighten otherwise the bolt will just turn. If you fast forward to the 3 minute mark of the install video link I attached to this page you'll see what I mean.
