Where can I find a wheel with 6 lug holes for a14 wheel? Presently using ST215/75R/14 tires.

None of the 14 inch wheels we offer are compatible with a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
To find a wheel with that bolt pattern, you'll need to go with a 15 inch wheel like the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 6 on 5-1/2 - Black # AM20560.
