This 15" x 5" Aluminum Eagle wheel is made to handle serious weight without flexing or loosening up. It’s rated for 2,150 lbs and uses a standard 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern with a 0 offset for balanced tracking. Every rim meets DOT and SAE J1204 standards, so you know it’s built to perform under real-world hauling conditions.
One of the smartest features on this wheel is the set of steel inserts pressed into each lug nut well. They keep the holes from wearing down and hold torque longer, eliminating the need for constant retightening. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference when you’re logging highway miles or running heavier loads.

Rustproof aluminum construction keeps corrosion from creeping in, while an automotive-grade clear coat protects the glossy black finish from scuffs and scratches. The 5-spoke Eagle Series design gives a clean, modern look that holds up season after season whether you’re towing every weekend or rebuilding a worn-out setup.
Each wheel comes with a valve stem installed, rated to handle up to 80 PSI. The pilot diameter is 3.19", so if you want a matched look, it pairs perfectly with the Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap w/ Snap-In Plug item # LHCS102-SI60C. That means smooth assembly and a finished appearance right out of the box.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Lionshead 15 inch by 5 inch Eagle glossy black aluminum trailer wheel with the five on four and a half inch bolt pattern. Now, this is an aluminum wheel. It's durable, lightweight, and rust-proof. It is the Eagle Series, which is a split five spoke design, has a glossy black finish, and you can see they put a machine edge on the spokes and even a little bit on the lip here. They do use an automotive grade clear coat finish on the front to protect from scuffs and scratches.
Now, one of the nice features I like on this wheel is the pressed in steel inserts right here in the lug nut wells. Those are designed to help keep your wheel securely in place on your trailer hub. And the way they do that is they press those inserts in there and then when you put this up on your trailer, put your lug nuts there and torque them down, it prevents those holes from wearing down or elongating over time. So that'll help eliminate the need for constantly tightening of your lug nuts. If you notice the valve stem right over here, it is included, it is pre-installed in the wheel.
Now, the center cap is not included. If you do want a center cap, we do sell those separately on our website. You do want to get a center cap that has the same diameter as this pilot hole because when you install your center cap, it'll go through this hole. The diameter on this pilot hole is 3.19 inches. Now, this wheel does meet the DOT Department of Transportation specifications and the SAE J1204 standards.
A few dimensions on this, we're gonna measure the diameter and the width, and the diameter you always measure is inside to inside on this wheel. So when you take your tape measure, and if you go inside to inside, you'll be able to see there's your 15 inch diameter. The width is the same way. It'll be measured inside to inside or bead seat to bead seat, five inches wide. Now, the bolt pattern on this wheel is a five on four and a half inch bolt pattern.
And if you wanna measure that on a wheel that has an odd number of lugs, in this case, five, what you'll do is just pick any hole, let's say this one, and then only measure from the center of this hole to either one of these holes across from it. But the key is you wanna measure from the center of the starting hole to the furthest edge of the hole that you measure to. So on this one, it'll measure four and a half inches. So that means it's a five lug four and a half inch bolt pattern. Wheel lug size it uses a 1/2 inch by 20. And the weight capacity on this wheel is 2,150 pounds. But that should do it for a look at the Lionshead 15 inch by 5 inch eagle glossy black aluminum trailer wheel with the 5 on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern.

Breanna was great ! Everything we've ordered from e-Trailer has been top quality, price, service & shipping. Highly recommended for any & everything trailer related.. Thanks again to Breanna & Nick..
The wheel itself is fine but there was no cap on the tire valve allowing dirt or leak causing debris to get in the valve. It is a little thing that should not happen.
Great wheels. Got a good deal on two that had minor blemishes. Mounted them a few weeks ago and my trailer not only looks great but also being able to safely tow with newer wheels makes it all that more enjoyable. Thank you etrailer!!
