Question:

Hi, I want to add 8 cross bars on top of my 2006 Lance 1191 Truck Camper. It already has the OEM rails. What parts do you suggest? Yakima landing pads and control towers? It will be for transporting a kayak and/or a cargo basket. Thanks.

I recommend using 4 sets of the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks # Y02-490B-NT for your application. This comes with 2 of the crossbars, legs, and pad setups so it's more cost-effective than piecing out everything, plus the crossbars and legs can be quickly removed if you ever need to save on height or won't be using the roof rack system for a while.

If you don't already have a kayak or cargo carrier I recommend checking out the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier # e98878 and the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro # RRRMCB03 because they are more on the cost-effective side of things without sacrificing quality - the XTray Pro even comes ready to transport 2 bikes with 15 mm x 100 mm thru axles.
