Looking for a sway bar for Mercedes Sprinter 3500-2021 yr. Your RM43VR looks same as original one on my RV. How can it improve the vehicle handling if its the same type of product. Ive been told some sway bars go infront of the rear axle to provide two sway bars for added stability. Is that option available for the 2021 3500 Sprinter? Do you have any videos comparing the two types?

If your 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 is a van then yes, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM43VR is the only compatible option.
If your 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 is a Class C motorhome then you also have the option of the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-131.
The real difference between these anti-sway bars and the factory sway bar that came on your Sprinter is the thickness of the bars and the polyurethane bushings, which last longer than the factory rubber bushings. Typically the factory sway bar included with your vehicle is much thinner and weaker than an aftermarket equivalent. Basically, the thicker the bar the better it'll minimize the side-to-side movement you experience to improve the overall stability of your vehicle.
There unfortunately are no front mounted anti-sway bars compatible with your vehicle at this time.
