Comparing SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs for a 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

Question:

Trying to determine if I need to add the Yellow, or the Black, Sumo Springs on my 2015 Airstream Interstate MB Sprinter 3500. I never tow anything and the load Airstream interior weight is constant. I would like to soften the ride in the rear of the vehicle so the ride over bumps is not brutal. Also, I do not want to make the ride more harsh. Thinking the lighter weight Black 900# would be better for what I am looking for versus the 1400# Yellow. Any recommendations? Thanks

Correct, the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-338-47 will have a softer ride than the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-338-54 as it's made of a softer spring. That said, the latter will also provide more support. They are both fits for a 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
