I have a 2018 SV Titan nissan truck. need a system to carry a 10.5 ft kayak while i pull my camper...maybe a onesided ladder rack in truck bed?

We do have one-sided ladder racks but they are designed for standard cargo like lumber or a ladder. Since you're needing to carry a kayak I recommend going with a full ladder rack system for your 2018 Nissan Titan.
The best option is the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack because the height can be adjusted, it has multiple tie-down points and accessories that can be added on, and best of all the crossbars are closer to the size of standard roof rack crossbars so you'll have a much easier time finding carriers to fit this than most other ladder racks we carry. Use part # Y01151-58 for a standard bed or part # Y01151-5868 if you have the Utili-Track System.
