I have a 2021 coachman clipper 21foot with backup camera mount. which rear view camera would work ? I want to be able to view the back of the trailer while driving as well as backing up

Based on the photo you provided your trailer is already setup for Furrion camera systems like the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # FOS05TASF.
To get your camera to power on while driving you will simply need to ensure that it's wired to the running lights and then any time you turn on the headlights in your towing vehicle the camera will receive power.
