ST225/75R15 Trailer Tire Recommendation for Camper Trailer

I am looking for new tires for my 30 ft. camper. It is rated at 9600lbs. I am running ST225/75R15 right now. I continually have blow outs, the tread comes right off. These tires are about 3 years old and covered when not in use. What would you recommend? I am thinking a thicker ply and higher speed rating.
