As long as the Excel RV Tankless On-Demand Water Heater # EX93FR isn't installed in a bathroom or a bedroom, and is mounted upright with the vent facing upwards, you should be good to go.

Those are really the only limitations for mounting, as long as you follow those guidelines you should not have any issue.

Hi Bryce, your statement is confusing as our purchase is a water heater for bathroom water. If we are putting it in the bathroom of a cabin, what should we expect or recommend?? The owner asked for one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom.

@Brandy I would call Excel on this and explain to them the situation. In their instructions they say these can't go in bathrooms because of moisture (I assume) so I'd they'd probably recommend installing it outside the bathroom and run lines to the bathroom - but it wouldn't hurt to see what they say. Also it's worth noting that this is meant to replace a factory water heater and stay in a closed area away from everything so that it gets proper ventilation and stays dry. The lines for the factory water heater should already be ran to the bathroom as well if this is the case.
