I'm sorry to hear about your bearing! We definitely have a replacement that works on your Kwikee SuperSlide I # LC370774. For that replacement, you need the Replacement Ball Bearing for SuperSlide I and SuperSlide II RV Slide Out Tray Assemblies # LC366404

I sent Lippert an email to see if I could get the dimensions of the #LC366404 and they sent me the attached picture/diagram that you can use to compare to what you have and determine if this is the correct replacement.
