I have a pd4500k18l panel 90amp. Looks like the picture I sent. Will the pd4500csv 90amp replace the original.

The picture that you sent in is of a PD4590CSV. The Replacement Converter Section for Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series RV Power Control Center - 90 Amp # PD4590CSV is also a PD4590CSV. So if you are asking if that can replace what you currently have then the answer is yes.
