Specs:
This bathtub will replace your old, cracking tub so you can take a relaxing soak after a fun day of hiking and swimming. You can put a bar of soap, a shampoo bottle, a razor, and other toiletries on the flat outer ledge and be able to grab them quickly while you're bathing. Should you want to take a shower instead of a bath, the textured floor will help prevent you from slipping and falling, and the 3-sided tile flange will help prevent water from being splashed behind the tub and causing water damage to the wall.
This bathtub easily replaces or upgrades your existing RV tub or shower pan with a front drain hole setup. Mounting hardware is not included. After the floor or pedestal has been cleaned of debris, set the bathtub in place, making sure the pre-installed foam base is sitting securely and evenly. This foam base supports the bathtub so it won't crack over time, and it'll dampen the sound of the tub filling up with water. Once the bathtub has been installed, it is compatible with any standard 2" drain strainers.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a look at this Better Bath white RV bathtub with front drain. Now, if you're looking to replace or upgrade the tub in your RV or camper bathroom, this might be just what you're looking for. This tub is going to fit your front drain hole setups. And if you notice here, this does feature a three-sided tile flange that's going to help prevent water from seeping in behind this tub, possibly damaging the wall in your bathroom of your RV or camper.
Now, at the bottom, if you would notice here, we do have a preinstalled half-inch thick foam base that's going to support this tub and prevent it from cracking. It's also going to provide sound dampening, such as when you are filling this tub up with water or if you accidentally drop something in this tub, that foam is going to help dampen that sound. Now, this tub also features a textured anti-slip floor that's going to give you better traction, reducing the chance of you falling when showering or getting in and out of this tub. And I'm just kind of running my fingernails over this texture. And I realize you probably can't see it too well there through that camera angle, but this is very comfortable.
This is not overly rough, or gritty, or sharp. This is just enough traction to give you the confidence to stand in this tub, especially when it's wet. So, you're not gonna have to worry about easily slipping or falling while you're standing up in this tub. This also features a flat outer ledge that's gonna hold your soap, your shampoo, and other toiletries, so you can quickly grab them. Now, this is made here in the USA of a durable, scratch resistant ABS thermoplastic polymer construction with a white finish.
And this is lighter and more environmentally friendly than your typical fiberglass tubs. This is gonna be an easy bolt-on installation. But I do wanna point out that hardware is not included with this. So, if you don't already have compatible hardware to mount this, that would be a separate purchase for you. This is IAPMO certified, CSA compliant, and ASME certified.
And to give you the confidence that this is going to work for your bathroom, let me give you some overall measurements. And so, looking at the exterior length first, we are sitting right at 38 inches long. And then the exterior width, we are sitting right at 24 inches wide. And then changing our views here real quick, I'm going to go ahead and just put my tape measure here on the surface where my tub is sitting. And then all the way up to the top of our flat ledge here, we are sitting right at about 11 1/2 inches deep. Now, taking a look at our interior dimensions, measuring from the longest point inside of our tub here. From end to end, we are sitting right at about, looks like we're sitting right at about 35 inches long on that interior length. And then looking at our interior width, we are sitting right at, let me pull my tape measure out here again. We're sitting right at, looks like pretty close to 19 1/2 inches wide there. And then if I put my tape measure on the floor of our tub and measure all the way to where this begins to flare out a little bit, it looks like we're sitting right at about 10 1/2 to about 11 inches deep on our interior depth. Now, the drain hole diameter is two inches. And some measurements that I took that might prove helpful for you and I took them before our time together here, from the center of our drain hole to the closest edge, we are sitting right at about 7 1/4 inches. And then, again, from the center of our drain hole to either edge here, we are sitting right at about 18 1/2 inches. So again, this is in a white color that will go with just about any type of decor. But if this tub meets the specs that you're looking for but you're not necessarily looking for white, we do also have this in a parchment color. It's kind of a light tan, beige color. And if you're interested in taking a look at that one, I'm including our item number on your screen. And just take that item number and put it in the search field of our website here at etrailer.com, and it will take you to the parchment version of this tub. Well, that's gonna conclude our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me..
