will I be able to install the e75ZR on my 2022 Toyota highlander with a spare tire?

The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - 2" # e75ZR will be able to install with a spare tire only if that tire does not exceed 18 inches. If you have a larger tire, we unfortunately do not carry any hitch options that will allow you to have that tire mounted with the hitch installed. If you need a locking hitch pin that goes great with the hitch, I recommend the etrailer Hitch Lock # e98882.

If you plan on towing and need a 4-way harness, the T-One Wiring Harness # TK74FR (with factory tow package) or # TK99FR (without factory tow package). Both of these models come with high-quality converter boxes.
