Question:

We watched the video on YouTube on how to change the heating pad on our recliner. They make reference to a zipper on back edge of cushion. We do not have a zipper anywhere around cushion. How else are we to replace the pad without a zipper? Thank you for your help.

You will have to go from the side or underneath. Then you can unplug and remove the old pad and replace it with the Replacement 29-Volt Seat Heating Pad for Thomas Payne Seismic Series RV Couches and Chairs # 674864.
