Replacement Crossbar for Thule TracRac TracOne Ladder Rack

I need two 2 horizontal bars for a TracRac TracONE truck bed ladder rack that are longer than the standard length 65. Does Thule or another vendor produce longer length horizontal bars? I noticed Yakima provides multiple lengths up to a 78inch bar but dont really want to replace my ladder rack. Thanks

The longest replacement cross bar we have for the Thule TracRac TracOne Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH27000XT-XK4EX for your 2021 Toyota Tacoma will be the Replacement Crossbar for Thule TracRac SR or TracOne Ladder Rack - Qty 1 item # 8542526002. This crossbar is 69-1/2" long x 4" wide x 1-1/2" tall. This is the only replacement crossbar that is compatible with the TracOne system that is longer than 65".

The longest replacement crossbar for a TracRac ladder rack is the #TAFX-30007-02 which is 69-1/2" long. This is the closest you will get to 70" or more. The #TH7521364001 you referenced is for the Thule Xsporter Truck Bed Ladder Rack.
