The Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH85VR does indeed include all parts needed to set up your 2018 BMW X5 for towing. This includes the wiring, 7-Way plug, mounting bracket, and a 7-Way to 4-Way adapter. I included an install video we have of this being installed on a 2017 X5 for you to check out as well.
