If I buy 4 trailer wheels and 4 trailer tires separately, can they be sent to me mounted?

If you are specifically looking for the Kenda Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10303, we do have this tire mounted on a 15" White Spoke Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2" # AM32680 and 15" Hi-Spec Aluminum Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2" # AM32684. However, we currently do not have a way to mount tires to wheels before shipping, unfortunately.
