To confirm if you will be able to go to a larger off-road wheel and tire size there are a few things you will need to do first, as the Westlake ST235/75R15 Off-Road Tire w/ 15" Liger Aluminum Wheel # LH46FR will not fit.

Your 2020 Forest River Cascade 16BHS came from the factory with 205/75R14 wheels and tires with 5 lugs. With wanting to go to the Westlake ST235/75R15 Radial Off-Road Trailer Tire # WST54FR that is 2.8" taller and 1.2" wider you will need to raise your suspension to ensure you have the necessary clearance.

A Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 will allow you place your trailer axle below your leaf springs which should result in at least a 4" lift depending on the size of your leaf springs. This will give you enough height clearance for the larger tires. You will need to ensure that the tire width will not be an issue on both the inside and outside faces of the tire. I like to see at least 1" clearance on the sidewall of the tire.

Since we will not have a 5 lug option for the Aluminum Liger Trailer Wheel # LH49FR that is 15" in diameter and 6" wide to accommodate the Westlake Tire # WST54FR the easiest option is to find a wheel like the Aluminum Sendel Series T07 Black Machined Trailer Wheel # AM97XR. You will want to confirm your wheel bolt pattern by measuring the distance from center of wheel stud to center of wheel stud. The 5 on 4-1/2" being the most common is 2-5/8" from center of wheel stud to the center of the next closest wheel stud. You can also reference the article linked below on measuring wheel pattern for more information.

Otherwise you will need to look at replacing your wheel hub with one like the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K that has the larger 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. If you can give me the serial number information off your axle I can use that to confirm that this is the correct hub.
