Can I replace A GE ARC15AACBK1 with this unit? are other parts needed?

Yes you can replace your GE ARC with the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner - 15,000 Btu - White # ACM150. You will also need to replace the thermostat. I suggest going with the Air Distribution Box w/ Built-In Thermostat for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners - White # ACDB
