The B&W Companion Slider # BWRVK3775 is really hard to argue with as being the best sliding 5th wheel hitch for your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 with the puck system. Not only is it a great hitch when it comes to quality, but it also has the mounting pieces built right into the base piece so you won't need an adapter like you do with practically every other sliding hitch that fits your pickup.
When you couple that with the cushioning system, dual 1" thick locking jaws, and cam-action handle that essentially eliminates binding, you get an amazing 5th wheel hitch that I do believe is the best we have to offer. I also recommend picking up the B&W 5th Wheel Lifting Device # BWRVXA3130 so that you can hoist this hitch in and out of your truck bed.
