Slider Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for 2026 Chevy Silverado 3500HD OEM Pucks

Question:

I currently have the Curt A20 Sliding Hitch mounted on the Curt 16027 rail kit that I purchased from etrailer in 2022. It worked great on my Silverado 2500HD pulling a Jayco Eagle 5th Wheel. I recently purchased a ‘26 Silverado 3500HD SWB and paired it with a ‘26 Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel. With my hitch in the lowest position and my pin box in the highest position so that it sits as low as possible I am nose high and not level. Are there any sliding hitches that straight into the GM puck system without using a rail kit? I need the 2.5 inches that the rail kit takes up to lower the nose of the trailer. If not, which hitches when placed on the rails sit lower than the Curt A20? Thanks!

Yeah we have the B and W Companion Slider hitch part # BWRVK3775 which fits directly to the OEM pucks of your 2026 Chevy Silverado and will be the shorter overall height you are looking for so that your trailer will be able to be towed level.
