Does the Draw-Tite # 76290 and the Curt # C13421 install through the bumper of my 2022 Honda Passport just like the OEM hitch?

Both the Draw-Tite # 76290 and the Curt # C13421 are a bit different than the fitment of the OEM hitch on your 2022 Honda Passport. However, both of these hitches feature a hidden design that gives your vehicle a better look overall by avoiding any visible bulky crosstubes. I went ahead and attached a video of both of these hitches installed on a 2021 model Passport. The hidden installation on your 2022 model is virtually identical.
Out of these two options, I recommend the Draw-Tite # 76290 because it offers a higher overall capacity (900 pounds of maximum tongue weight and 6,000 pound gross towing weight). Also, it comes with a welded-on mounting bracket to install a 4-way or 7-way wiring harness.
