Question:
Since my 2015 Fiesta w/automatic transmission requires me to disengage the ground cable on the battery for flat towing, what type of braking system will work with this vehicle? I have a Brake Buddy 3, but I am worried about the battery set up.

To flat tow your 2015 Ford Fiesta SE w/o EcoBoost you need at least 5 parts. Which consists of the base plate kit, tow bar, tow bar wiring, safety chains and a supplemental braking system. With the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-524438-5, Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-676 and the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524 you have said you are getting you have already accounted for 4 of the 5 parts because the Nighthawk tow bar includes the safety chains so you will not need to get them separately.
So you still need tow bar wiring which will allow you to connect your RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights to your towed vehicle's lighting system. For that I recommend the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-152-1676-7 which has a limited lifetime warranty. If you have an automatic transmission you will also need to disconnect your battery. The Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766 is going to allow you to disconnect your battery without having to pull the battery cable every time.
You will want to consult your owners manual for any further recommendations/requirements from the manufacturer. You may also need a high-low adapter. I have included a help article that goes over how to determine if an adapter is needed and which one is needed if you do need one. I have also linked our selection of adapters so you can select the correct one if it is determined you need one.
