I need a replacement cover for. Dometic RV fridge Model # RM 2652. It’s on N a 2008 Pacific Coachworks Tango 2760 fifth wheel. The screw pattern is 211/2 “ x 4 1/4 “.

For your Dometic RM2652 fridge we do not have a cover that fits the 21-1/2" x 4-1/4" screw holes you are looking for. The RV Refrigerator Roof Vent Cap and Base # DMC37FR (# DMC97FR for black) has screw hole measurements of 22" x 5-3/8". We also have the Camco RV Refrigerator Vent Cover # CAM42160 (# CAM42163 for black) which is very close to your measurements, this one has screw hole measurements of 21-3/4" x 4-1/4".
The RV Refrigerator Roof Vent Cap and Base # DMC37FR does include the base which will work with an opening of 23-3/8" long x 6-1/2" wide. Then the cover will attach to that base.
If neither of these work and you let me know what your cut out size is, I can help you find the correct base and cover.
