For tire chains that fit your 2022 Ford F-150 Platinum with 275/60R20 tires check out the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC3029. These Class S tire chains are confirmed to fit your tire size and are designed for passenger vehicles with limited wheel-well clearance. Keep in mind, your owner's manual says you should not use tire chains with this tire size so you will need to make sure to measure for clearance if you choose to use them.
These chains require a minimum of 1.46" between the top of the tire tread and the wheel well. They also require at least .59" between the tire's sidewall and the vehicle itself.
